A wealthy Texan has decided he can use money and influence to dictate what can and cannot be said about him on the internet and who can say it. If he wins this internet precedent could affect every American who blogs, posts on internet forums or who voices their experiences with business people in the Southwest. We did not ask to be at the forefront of this battle for freedom of speech, but we will fight with every asset available to preserve our rights as free Americans.
